Everything at BuffALLo Apparel is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you, which is how we keep dozens of landmark designs in three colors and six sizes without cutting corners. It also means your order takes a few days to make before it ships.
Production time
Orders are printed and packed in 2 to 5 business days. You will get an email with tracking the moment your order ships.
Shipping within the United States
- Standard shipping: $8.00, or free on orders of $70 or more. Typical delivery is 3 to 8 business days after your order ships.
- Express shipping: $15.00. Typical delivery is 1 to 3 business days after your order ships.
Add production time to those windows for a full estimate. Most standard US orders arrive within two weeks of being placed.
International shipping
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Israel, the United Arab Emirates and most of Europe. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order. International delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks after shipping, and duties or import taxes may be charged by your country on arrival. Those charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, email us at info@buffalloapparel.com and we will look into it.
Wrong address
Please double check your shipping address before you place your order. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and the cost of reshipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or a carrier marks it delivered and it never shows up, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and any photos. We will make it right.
