Every BuffALLo Apparel piece is printed to order just for you, so we handle returns a little differently than a store that pulls shirts off a shelf. Here is how it works.
Misprints, damage and wrong items
If your order arrives with a printing defect, damaged, or with the wrong item or size compared to what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost. Email info@buffalloapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will get a replacement moving right away. No need to send the original back.
Returns for other reasons
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Because each item is made to order, returns for reasons other than a defect (for example a change of mind or the wrong size chosen at checkout) are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received it. To start a return, email us at info@buffalloapparel.com with your order number. If your return is accepted we will send instructions on where to send it. Items sent back without a return request first cannot be accepted.
Sizing
Our tees are a standard unisex fit that runs true to size, and every product page lists the fabric and fit. If you are between sizes, size up. If you are unsure before ordering, email us and we will help you pick.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or color you want is to place a new order for it, then request a return for the original following the steps above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the restocking fee where it applies. Banks and card companies can take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@buffalloapparel.com.
Sale items and gift cards
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received it.
